Wtd: Sierra left-hand column switch - indicator/dip/flash

Anyone got a spare Sierra left-hand column switch, ideally the older type that has a SQUARE hazard light button? Not worried about the connectors and wiring, as I've already got those sorted.

It would be a bonus if the arm itself was clean and looked nice...
