Hole FLaring / Swaging Tool
Anybody on here making them?
I've seen some on ebay but thought I'd ask here first!

Try Flakmonkey i'm sure he could make you some.
Failing that i saw some many years ago that had been made from hardwood, worked well on ally.

I needed to make 4 swages in a 20 SWG steel sheet. Successfully used MDF former and ball pein hammer - would work a treat on thin sheet ali and very
locost!

Take a look at the flare , it appears to be bent at about 45degrees rather than a nice curve?

I bought one (22mm) yesterday and it arrived today. It's pretty good and, whilst Rusty Nuts is right, the flare's not curved, it's
still quite nice and stiffens the panel well.
I'd be tempted to use a couple of different sizes as well but these things are a bit pricey so I may have a go at making a former! Any tips
would be greatly appreciated! I guess I'll be getting the router out!
Regards
Wyn
