Has any one got a turbo trainer lying around?
Have to start light training under docs orders

I have a Minoura RDA trainer that's surplus to requirements. It's a couple of years old, but probably seen 20 hrs use max.
It's been in the garage for a while now and covered in cobwebs!
I'll get it out and give it the once over if you're interested.
This one works on the rim of the wheel, not the tyre, so you don't get the annoying buzz from a mountain bike tyre (but works with either
bike)
Would take 45 quid plus post.
