We went for intaride radios and harnesses on our euro jaunt last summer.

The intaride radios will tune into FM when not transmitting / receiving so you can use an itrip or similar to listen to your moo-skik when not chatting to your mates.

They work well and have nice big chunky connectors which are good for using with bike gloves on + they transmit a useable distance too especially if you upgrade the aerials and "go large" as we did.

You can buy the bits direct from various sources for less but I only found that out after we'd paid !

I have an autocom unit for the car. Absolutely fantastic. They do bluetooth modules for them to allow inter vehicle connection as well. You can also plug MP3 players in.

You might struggle to get Autocom kit at this moment in time from them direct. The company went in to administration last month and has just been bought by another company in the last couple of weeks.

I believe the company will keep the Autocom name and their products but you might need to wait a week or two before you can get it.

However, we use their kit on our bikes and also in the kitcar so I can highly recommend it and if you are able to get to the London Bike Show in a couple of weeks time you'll be able to speak to the guys as Autocom will have a stand there.
