Sierra horn switch

Does anyone have a horn switch going spare? If not where sells them other than ford? Does anyone know the part number?

Also how does it fit? I don't see anywhere to mount it, is it above or below the wheel?

thanks ash, u2u me if you come across anything!

boggle - ta, I will look later. Is it fitted with the wheel off then? I'm actually fitting a momo wheel but the boss comes with the copper ring built in like the original.

just to point out (its not clear!) its the actual "behind the scenes" part i need which contacts the copper ring (with two sprung connectors) behind the wheel, rather than the physical switch in the centre of the steering wheel.

I'd have thought that you'd take the 2 wires from the internal copper ring/old centre push and conect them to your new momo centre.

im not making myself clear at all here..

there are two wires which leave the horn button in the centre of the momo,

these two wires connect to identical wires in the momo boss which are soldered on to the copper ring at the base of the boss.

attached to the column somehow is a "freefloating" connector with two spring loaded tips which contact the copper ring. these tips are each connected to a wire which then plugs into my loom.

the reason for the break in continuity in the cables is to allow the wheel to turn freely without twisting the wires.

the part i need is the bit with the sprung tips which contact the copper ring and provide the link into my loom.
