Wanted - Small, cheap, IVA proof wheel

Does anyhave/know where i can get a small (13" ish) steering wheel to fit a momo hub that is IVA safe?

I was going to use my donor wheel but i cant get in and out without moving the seat back as its 16"




How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?
