I've been in the motor trade for nearly 45 years , several as a manager in a tyre company and I have never come cross a
a tyre that size!! I suspect yoe mean a 205/40/13 or maybe a 205/45/13 not a 20 54 13?
Just googled the size and Michelin did in fact make it as a competition tyre

Sorry Rusty should have said competition wet tyres. I can get rid of my 23/57/13's then 
Thanks for the link Paul i shall keep an eye on them although they are the newer tread pattern so would need 4 of them.

Rusty,
competition tyres are quoted by their tread width and overall diameter. So a 20-54 13 is 20 cm tread width (note, not section) and 54cm diameter.
