metal water pipe wanted

hi all

I am ready to plumb in the engine now so I need some metal pipe (i think a couple of outlets on it). Anyone know who can make some up for me? Im using the standard thermo housing on a 2.0 blacktop. No heater but I am using a header tank mounted on the scittle panel

Thanks

Andy

You can get plenty of different sections of ali tube with take offs ready made from the motorsport trade. Dont forget your local plumbers merchants, find a decent one and I bet they will have everything you need for a fraction of the cost of custom made parts. I've had copper fittings fitted in my fuel and cooling system for 9 years now and not a single issue.

Andy, Let me know what you need. I might have the materials already, and be able to make it up for you. All i need to get is some more welding gas as my fire extinguisher er i mean CO2 cylinder has expired!

Kindest Regards,
Richard.

If this is the Zetec coolant pipe I do one in 32mm beaded, 2 x 19mm outlets equally spaced £32 + £3.95 P & P

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1
