lambda sensor

Hi all, been told to try get a preplacement lambda sensor to see if mines died. im looking for one to suit a 1.4 zetec se engine. unsure what im looking for seen some universal 4wire ones on ebay at £18.50 but ford want £120. if anyone can help id be realy greatful. if anyone has one thats no use to them im willing to buy for beer tokens ;-)

Try your local car spares factor for a Bosch or NGK one (avoid FuelParts ones). Probably around the 30-40 quid mark. Get the specific model one if you've still got the original loom (asume its for the kit) you can. Universal ones don't always work as the wire connections are critical. Beware e-bay; Internet bought ones often turn out to be chinese fakes.
