32mm ID mild steel pipe about 500mm
Hi all
I seem to be having a run of bad luck. Every time i order something the wrong thing turns up. I am in need of a small length of mild steel tube with
an ID of 32mm (to make a water pipe from)
Does anyone have an off cut anywhere that they want rid of??
Please let mew know as a small job such as plumbing in the cooling is more trying that re-wiring the eec-v ecu from the ford
Thanks
Andy

You want an OD of 32mm or 1 1/4"
somthing like 1 1/4'(O/D), 32mm Mild Steel Exhaust Pipe, 50cm, Tube | eBay
1 1/4'(O/D), 32mm Mild Steel Exhaust Pipe, 50cm, Tube should do the job.
Give me a shout if you need a hand with the spurs welding on.

Just got back from metal suppliers and the closest they do would be 34 i/d with a4mm wall taking it to 42mm o/d.
I think best thing would be to go to an exhaust dealer, they might be able to help.

This is what I used for my water pipe. Very Locost but not sure if the chrome persents a problem for welding though.

I have a piece that is 30mm i/d. It's probably not quite 500mm and has a slight bend in it. It's the bottom of a bunk bed ladder from
IKEA.

Not as advertised then, I would ask for another bit with the advertised od.
