Corvette parts

Hello,

I'm looking for some OEM suspension parts (knuckle, hub...) from a Corvette Z06. Do you know where can I source it in UK or Europe ?

thanks.

Pablo.

Try your local Chevrolet dealer. If there isn't one, then a Opel dealer might be able to help.

I understand it's actually fairly easy to obtain GM parts through the dealer network, even if they don't sell the car in your country.

Didn't they sell the 'Vettes through the Caddilac dealers? I believe there is/was one in London and one in Manchester off the top of my head, buyt as they say, try your local GM dealer. I'd go to Vauxhall before Chevy, just a hunch mind but I think you'll have better luck.

Unfortunately it's not that simple! I work on a friends' Z28 Chevy Camaro (1999), and when it came to getting spares such as disks and pads, not even the main dealers could help. Ended up getting them through a specialist US car importer, which wasn't too bad. Unfortunately the same couldn't be said for the calipers, which have now been sent off to Bigg Red for overhaul as we couldn't get parts/spares/replacements for them whatsoever.

Only other option is contacting breakers or friends in the US who may be able to assist, and post them over.... some bits can even be found on the dreaded eBay if you're prepared to take a punt!

I'll do what I can, although I've never looked for Chevy parts.

I'd expect Z06 parts to be pretty pricey.

I've got several Chevy dealers and wrecking yards (Breakers) near me.

Get me some part numbers or other specific info and I'll look for you.
