Machined Rear Sprocket

Can any one tell me where I can get a sprocket (or two) machined for a quaiffe diff?

I tried quaiffe but they don't do them.

what dimensions do you want i.e
what pitch
how many teeth
bore size
duplex - simplex

I've got a friend who's building a single seat buggy powered by a 600 bike engine and he is after sprokets too. Would it be possible to u2u me your company details?

Have you got a website or pdf catalog we could have a squiz at?
We are doing some buggies as soon as my sevens out the way. 1000cc fzr motor

It has 54 Teeth.

Any chance of a picture of the modification you made to the diff carrier?

I will send a U2U reference the sprocket.

The diff mod certainly looks as if it will stop the twisting. Is it the the same problem the Dominator in Kit Car Crisis had?

No, they fitted an entirley different diff unit and did'nt make too good a job of fitting it,
