Here's a thing. Round my neck of the woods you get towed away within 10 seconds if you park a car without a parking permit but you can dump a
skip outside your house for months on end (assuming it doesn't get filled with all your neighbours sh!t immediately) and no-one bothers.
I'm going to build a skip shaped mini garage and put it outside my house!!!
