Think you'll find that's also a replica! A replica based on a Ferrari fair enough but still a replica...

TBH I really like that, the 944 wasn't a bad car either, with a kit price of £6,500, and good 944's available for 2 grand, I wonder if one could be built for £15,000.... forget any ferrari badges though, thats going too far.

Get the MGB out of the way and lets see, SWMBO's just left the room....

I like that, a cracking sports car as a donor, so it should go as well as it looks! Actually it would probably go better than an original

I think it's a good looking car - Probably very useable aswell...

I don't think that I'd be spending £35000 on it, but then I wouldn't bother spending the same on the original one because it's not for me...

I'd rather have a 944.
The best 944 conversion was the estate, Ibelieve they still have some kits left in germany that'll fit for about £15K

tomprescott - 18/8/09 at 09:04 AM

Thats not a bad looking car but the guy I was working for this summer had a real one and the replicas are not a shade on it! Stunning car, shame to see it in his garage as he hasn't even moved it in over 2 years!

It is a very nice looking conversion, but as always any illusion is shattered once you turn the key and start the engine. Four pot Ferrari anyone?

Hellfire - 18/8/09 at 12:07 PM

Hmm - thats what I thought... a 4 pot Ferrari but it is a nice looking car in it's own right.

I too would rather have a genuine 944...
