Looking at the sandblaster myself and would recomend pipe cutters for cutting rubber hose.

Is that compressor any good?

^ Was going to ask the same thing ?

Is that good enough to say spray a wheel, run an air drill for floor fitting ? That sort of thing ?

Air displacement looks to be 9CFM which I seem to remember from one of my earliest ever posts on here is pretty good.

So my only reservation is the size of the tank.....

I've had one which is pretty much the same thing only different colours / badges for a couple of years now.
It's not a match for my mates torpedo sized industrial, but for my use, it's fine.
Runs my rattle gun, pumps up tyres, etc.

Horses for courses.

I'll be buying a blast gun for cleaning some bits up.

One thing that encourages me to buy Lidl tools is that the come with a THREE YEAR warranty. Most of my workshop tools all came from Lidl and the only thing that I had a problem with was a SDS Drill almost at the 3 year mark. Phoned them up and they said that a courier would collect the old drill and deliver a new one. Sure enough 2 days later new drill arrived but courier said that he was not told to collect old drill, so I have both albeit one has a slightly f*4%ed gearbox.

Lidl had a warehouse sale recently and I got myself a new cordless glue gun, a new angle grinder and a new table saw and I did not spend more than £70.
