I can't see any specs to say what it does but even the discounted price seems extortionate.

If you're spending decent money i'd get a Fluke.

Measures 300–12,000 rpm, engine/air-conditioning/thermostat temperature in both °C and °F from -20 °C to 1,372℃, DC and AC voltage from 400 mV to 500 V, current range from 40 mA to 20 A, resistance from 400 α to 40 Mα, frequencies from 4 kHz to 400 MHz, pulse and period length, lambda probe functions, logic probe, distributor contact angle. Battery life up to 1,000 hrs, operating temperature from -10 °C to +50 °C.

I think expensive as it's a "car mechanic" specific one and looks like it will data log to a PC, but you need to ask what do you need it for?

A cheap DVM is normally sufficient.
