chassis I'd ditch cos it looks rubbish but that body is nicely styled

I wouldn't have said it'd that bad, in fact it looks pretty tidy and well designed. But you have to remember that the engine is a stressed member in it's current format.

Worth it just for the tub and the bodywork though. You could probably make a rather tidy RGB car with a bit of cutting about, or put it back into nat' supersports or sports 2000 if funds allowed. It's a shame it's missing things like the uprights though...

I think in fact that most of the running gear and suspension etc is taken from a F3 car. Ned on this forum would be able to tell you more as he knows and helps out someone who runs (or did run) a later one I think. Rather serious machines!
