Is this an MK HSR?
Ebay Linky
Or is there someone else producing these shells?
Would make an interesting conversion with that V8!
Not all together sure why he is pointing out the A40 chassis though?

No, it says in the advert what it is - a sebring austin healey replica. They have been around for a while i believe. You can buy them as a kit, or
factory built. The Mk HSR is just another Healey replica. Im guessing H.S.R means Healey Sprite Replica?

Nope, it's as the title, a Sebring Healy replica.
