we know the postcode, house number, the stuff is in the gargen, google street view shows there is a side entrance to the property
I wonder if there is any hidden gems in the tools box that have not been mentioned!!!

What is it with dosey bell ends asking the poor bloke if he'll post or deliver when he's clearly stated cash on collection and collection

edit: just rang the bloke and they sold this morning. He cant end the auction though for some reason.

You can't end early if there's less than 12 hours left to run I think is the rule. If they don't go to the highest bid at the
auction end he could get a strike for non performing seller.
