zetec inlet manifold - bargain or rubbish?

Seen these zetec inlet manifolds on ebay, a lot cheaper than the alloy ones. Any good or would you get corrosion issues?

Check the feedback, could have been one unlucky customer but worth taking note.

Also add reads "SHORT" and states 69mm but pictcure looks far more.

There was a post when he first started selling them to say the welding was very poor.

This may or may not still be the case.

I was going to buy a plenum, the detailed pics put me of. (crap welding).

Ive bought a couple of good alloy ones for around £50 and sold them for around the same money when ive finished with them.

Backed up a bit by the one neg he has.

Packaging was terrible! Welds were not professional. Poor quality overall! Buyer: Member IDkiltjim2 ( Feedback score of 28) 26-May-10 03:12

Probably as rubbish as the pics. Did they not have a stand at Stoneleigh? If it was them (look the same) they looked a lot worse than my home made attempts!

I mean honestly, any one trying to sell a product and cant even take a photo in focus. I would be put off by that alone.

May be the soft focus is deliberate to hide the welding I'll have to try that in my build diary
