All very nice but I still don't understand how Dax can sell that rollbar....it's completely useless for the passenger.

It doesn't look much good for the driver either, Far too low even at the zenith.

Still, it sort of seems to say this is a car for the man that doesn't like his wife much...

any single hoop roll bar is going to be next to useless in a crash, theyll just flatten.

A single roll bar is a fashion accessory, a full cage is a safety feature.

That induction looks more form over function. It must feed toasty warm air to the engine given the placement of the intake

Nice well put together car but if your considering spending that kind of money on a kit car I don't think you would be considering a Dax in the 1st place ?

My sons just bought a 53 plate boxster for a 3rd of that.

I would buy it just so that I can have Ozram filled indicator bulbs - WTF??

I wonder if my indicator bulbs are filled with it?

460BHP would be very good for a Rover V8
but 460 Per ton is not so hot.

My 3.5 is 350 per ton with slightly less than 200Bhp at the flywheel.
So IMHO its not that hot an engine.

Although its very nicely finished and looks extremely good.

I wouldnt pay £34k for it, when you could have mine for 1/4 that money

With the Merlin Heads and the ACT throttle bodies etc etc, I would expect more than what he has got power wise. Either that or he has fitted too many weight adding parts
