That must be a bugger to drive with a solid rear axle and wheels/tyres that big...? (unless I'm not reading it right)

legends cars are solid axle aren't they? or there was another kind before them that were, no good for road driving, but racing would be fine

That snowmobile engine is from the late 60's or early 70's. There are 500cc liquid cooled engines now producing over 100 hp, would make
that car fly.
There is a 1 litre formula class in Canada, hot setup is a 750 two stroke triple bike engine.

Legends originally used a Toyota Corolla axle with a welded diff. I believe they still do.
Regarding the thing in the link.
No rear suspension ?
It's a glorified kart with bodywork. In fact, a kart would disgrace it.
