these look like the ap racing calipers as on the 1.3 adn turbo metro's. they are cast iron, so quite heavy and would need a bridge made for the flexi's as they're twin brake lines to them. you'd also need to make an adapter bracket to fit them, assuming they fit under your wheels..

metro discs are very small,would need 2 pipes for fluid so i wouldnt bother

You can get a conversion kit to single hose but they are quite heavy and only for 10" discs - good on an appropriate application though Rescued attachment DSCF0013.JPG
