Tiger Cat E1 - Which Kit Car this month

About the third page of ads at the back, spotted a Tiger Cat E1 that was cheap at £4000 ono. 2ltr Pinto, looked nice enough, SVAd, age related but had only done 100 miles.

Perhaps buyer beware, but if it does check out and hasn't sold already that is a good bargain - think it was Rotherham, NTDWM of course.
