Nearly finished Locost for disposal/sale!
A guy at work has a locost that needed cosmetically finishing a couple of years ago but due to time and financial commitments it has sat in his
garage.
I've got minimal details on it.
It's a 1300 x flow, avo shocks, capri laser alloys, and trailer. Some prep work by Stuart Taylor.
It was running but has been stood for the last couple of years.
The car is near Reading and he wants the vast sum of "come and get it out of my garage please"
I'm trying to get some pics to post up.

Ok,
here's all the info I can get.
Car was prepared to race in the Locost Racing series
Chassis was bought from Ron Champion and has been powder coated
St supplied and fitted a full cage with side impact protection
Avo Pro Race coil overs with springs
Capri Laser alloys
Escort back end
Escort std Rack
Cortina uprights
1300 x flow - proffesionally rebuilt
Spare set of plastics
Lights and Wiring working
FIA Kill switch
ST Fuel tank

Possibly has spare engine and gearbox
Trailer is homemade flatbed
As I said, it's been standing for 3 years, he doesn't know what the mechanical condition is now so don't go whinging if it
doesn't work!

Quite simply because he doesn't have time to answer questions etc! It's been on here for 5 hours and I've had 20 odd u2u messages on
it.
Current state of play is the 1st person that u2u'd me about it is talking to my colleague this evening. If it falls through then AndyHarding has
next shout at it followed by etc, etc!
To answer the major question.
The trailer has been in recent use and had new tyres/bearings. He's going to try and have a look over it this week to make sure it's road
legal.
No one ever turns down beer money, he didn't have the time to finish it off himself and wants shot so he can get rid of the rented garage that
it's held in which is in swanley. I thought it was near his house which it isn't so apologies for any confusion.
Also please bear in mind it hasn't been touched for 3 years, it was running, it might not run now so don't get all upset if it's a
bit dirtier/not a colour you'd like/ only got four wheels and a steering wheel etc etc!
