Opinions on bending CDS tube

I've got a length of 2mm wall and 38mm o/d cds tube i need to put two 30deg bends in.

What are my options?
For those that have experience in bending cds. with it being a relatively small angle will i be able to bend it with a hydraulic bender? I don't want to hire or buy one and it not do the job.

Cheers Dave....

Would it not be simpler / cheaper to ask a local engineering / fabrication firm to do it rather than buy or hire the tools??

Normal hydraulic benders will crease the tube.
You need to have this done by someone with a decent set up.
Ask Martin Kennan of MK engineering.
I've had tubes rolled for the MotaLeira, but they sand filled them and welded caps on each end before rolling them.

I want some bends doing in some 38mm tube for an atv buggy.

I was going to see if Grant @ Obp wants the bussines as he is only at Ramsey.

If you come up with a solution let us know

Well plan B went T**s up Grant @ Obp can only bend 45mm tube

Now on to plan C only trouble is ive not got one yet

Going to try and find someone local to bend it or see if i can track down an old mate that should have a pipe bender then try Dev's method!
