I have recently bought a new PC, Acer Aspire T160, it came with included speakers. I am very happy with the PC generally but i cant get the speakers to work properly. When i use them there is a very very strong echo. I have tried plugging in my old speakers and they are the same, so i am assuming the problem is with one of the PC settings.

Its not the end of the world, but i would be delighted if someone could suggest a solution.

Sorry about this. I have just noticed that there is a sound effect thing and it was set to 'hangar'......feel a bit silly now!
