Wow , that's one messed up lady! er dog... er lady...

My 77 year old father-in-law got bit by a neighbour's dog while out on his daily walk. He reports it, the police drop by, the lady denies even owning a dog.

Animal services can't find it, the police can't find it, so they have no choice, my father-in-law must start a series of rabies injections. A couple of weeks into the injections the lady finally confesses - it's her daughter's dog.

I guess it was more important to stay out of trouble herself than worry about an old man facing a bunch of rabies injections - nice .

I would rather be bitten by the dog than the lady
But on a more serious note there is NO way she should be allowed to own any animal with her attitude and the only solution is to have her and her dog put down.IMHO
