I was hoping to PU my panels on today since work is cancelled. But it's a bit bl**dy cold out there in the garage although -4C is probably fairly
warm compared to some places today.
I've kept the adhesive in the house so it should be OK to work with but will it cure ok in these temps ?
The adhesive is Korapur 125.

We use PU adhesive in our glass add ons operations for the car industry and although the adhesive will cure eventually you will not get very good
adhesion. Full cure on PU is normally 72hours unless the components are put in a humidity oven.
The Sikaflex 221 data sheet says the minimum temperature is 5 deg C.
I have had the same problem waiting for a temperature rise. I fitted the floor a few days ago when the temp had risen to a massive 6 degrees.
Thanks, I think I'd better hang on, I don't want to screw it up. I can't find the datasheet for korapur. The local factors had it in & said it was equiv of sikaflex, has any used it before ?
Korapor Is pretty much the same as Sikaflex. we use it all the time at work and it's really good stuff. I'd wait till the temps rise though as well.
cheers lads.
