which graphics on a BRG colour scheme
daniel mason - 30/11/10 at 05:15 PM

i have recently done a bit of work for a guy who does vehicle sign writing/graphics and in return he said he will do some work on my mnr. i got every pannel in a BRG colour with a yellow chassis and cage. i thought about doing something similar to the 2010 lotus F1 team colours but i know most people on here tend to steer clear of 'copying' themes. so what would be the other options? mainly yellow as i dont want too many colours

Lotus stripe in yellow (obviously).

I have the exact colour code.

Go with the f1 theme I think it would look cool, you can always take it off.

Who cares what others think, if you want Lotus F1 colours then go for it.

Noseband and single stripe.

Yellow or orange.

I did the classic lotus yellow stripe and nose band, I am very pleased with it.

It made a huge difference to the look of the car. Plain BRG looked a bit dull, but the stripe really lifts it, I think.

Classic Lotus stripe - also a very good safety advantage making you much more visible to other drivers.

On that note - I have always had dark or silver cars and it's only since owning a red one that I have noted how seldom people do stupid things like pulling out in front of me with the red car. So red car = less near misses, I think the same would apply to Yellow.
