I'm looking for a source for 1mm and 1.5mm aluminium perforated aluminium sheeting. Ideally someone that does low volume delivery for 1 x 6ft x 4ft sheet of 8mm holes with around 50% open area.

Any ideas?

not sure just how much you need for vents but B&Q sells lots of alloy sheet sections that have quite nice hole patterns for use in grills
