left hand park wipers

I am using a wiper system from a Mini and would like to change it from right hand park to left park. Does anyone have an idea on how to go about it?

Might be worth checking the wiper sweep first. I was going for a left hand park and couldn't work out why all the big firms went for right hand park (Dax/Caterham), but when I checked you get a better sweep pattern with a right hand park.
