I need to modify the rear seats by cutting out a section to allow the front seat to slide to its full extent. (the rear seats were originally designed
for a fixed seat) It is quite an awkward place and not a flat area so I envisage cutting to the desired shape ten making good with filler etc.
I'm after gloss black paint that I could spray finish that is as hard wearing as possible. Any recommendations?
I painted a fibreglass boat with a 2 part paint that was very tough. You can buy it from boat yards or on the net.

If you go to any marine chandlers you will find at least a couple of makes, Blakes and International to name just two. Just make sure you get the two pack ones, as the sigle pack is not as tough. HTH Ray

Linkage seems broken, what brand of paint did you use?
