Got my wheels back woohoo
killerferret666 - 10/7/14 at 07:16 PM

So I bought some new wheels and decided to have some work done to them, did a test fit today to confirm it would raise the headlights to just above 500mm (I'm about 3mm short but that's nothing in coilover adjustment!) really happy with how they've come out.

2 pics in sunlight showing the work and one with a cloud above showing the more subtle look

Mine are 19" big wheels (I definitely got the hint smaller wheels get a bit cheaper) so they are roughly £90 a wheel which considering a normal wheel refurb is about £60 anyway I actually thought was pretty good. That includes tyre taken off, put back on and some prep work (although mine were new) obviously if your wheels require work out the ordinary of a couple of scrapes id expect it to be more, from what they said on the phone. They request pics to quote for a job anyway.
