Hey all.

I'm in the process of buying a hobbyist CNC machine to make those little components that I need for my car and mainly to create PCBs. Looking for alittle favour, as anyone out there got such machine to help me create a single item that I require. Will pay if needed.

Small flat 2mm ally approx 200mm x 150mm total size with shapes and holes.

Jason.

No access to CNC machinery, but I may well have a suitable piece of Aluminium sheet for you.

Drop me a U2U if you like.

Where are you by the way?

Hi,

I have a CNC plasma and a CNC mill, send me a DXF and I can cut the shape for you.

Regards,
Dan

Thanks Nick, I'm in Birmingham so probably cost more to post then buy abit of Ally local. Thanks for the offer, you never know, I might take you up on it if I fancy a drive. Again, thank you.

Hi,

If you can send me the DXF by email so I can see if my machines can do it first. The plasma is very quick but less accurate especially on holes, the mill is obviously more accurate but slower.

Dan

No worries - I'd UPS it from work so no cost to me for postage. Got a pile of off-cuts in the garage so post up or U2U if you need something.
