The last couple of days I've been making a bonnet/scuttle using the "mouldless" method, as described by avonbelgium and Marc from MNR earlier.
I have to say that it actually works pretty good, although I would advise getting a bigger sheet of ali to be used as a mould, so you can make it in one piece.
But all in all it doesn't take a lot of time!
