I am trying to work out some rear wings to fit my build. What is a typical radius on rear wings from the flat top to the vertical outside edge.

I have copies of Series II fenders, away in storage right now so can't check, but radius is very small, more like a corner, say 1/8".

1-1/2" radius looks about right for these Marlin fenders:
