Hi All, thinking of buying an air riveter to speed up the process any one done this, any pitfalls. Also any special grade or make of drill bit an
advantage.
cheers Rob
i like the hss cobalt ones, keep a really good cutting edge although a good hss is good enough for ali and steel.
I borrowed a cordless rivetter from work - it really saved a hell of a lot of wrist ache ... and was totally quiet too.
If you buy a box of 20 reasonable quality drills for rivetting you will be safe - you will break and mangle a surprising amount while panelling your
chassis.
