If you do a search, there is a really good list of all, (or most), rad's. Cant remember who put it on but sure somebody will.

I can answer that, a v8 lightwieght being my other toy.

there are different flavours of radiator, some having inbuilt oil cooler; all of them are quite wide.

--------------------------
75cm wide, Height 45cm, depth 6cm.

Range Rover/Discovery Radiator
------------------------------
Width - 850mm (including fixing brackets - 920mm)
Height - 430mm (including fixing brackets - 470mm)
Thickness - 90mm

see here: http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=35579

you can go to the on-line store and check other radiators.

now the question is arethe dimensions forthe matrix or do they include protrusions such as filler neck & cap and mountings?

It so happens I may be looking for a wider and slightly shorter rad. than the one fitted so I can fit it further in the chasis namely to fit the fan and cowl behindthe radiator.

The max. area available is 55 cm x 45 cm (w x h) so suggestions welcome.

I understand that Westfeild use the Polo radiator in their V8s and that is quite small and costs £50 from German,Sweedish & French Spares
