Just noticed your car - Wow.
I think you probably know all you need to about aluminium.
How did you make your nosecone?
Do you use a wheeling machine or just pannel beating ?
Got any more pictures?

Hi Jon The nose cone is made in four pieces. All fabricated on the wheeling machine gas welded together there are more photos in my photo archive. If there is any more you would like to see of any interest let me know. Glad you like the car

I can't think of any particular picture (except any of fabricatin of the nosecone, wings, scuttle, etc). Idealy if you could put load more pictures in your archive - I've also examined and saved all those currently in your archive.
Are you a professional fabricator?

I made an aluminium nosecone you know.

It's thrown down the side of my garage, which tells you all you need to know about it's quality!
