I know it's a Cateringvan rip off but I had a spare nosecone with a nasty star crack in it from when I dropped it...
So I was pleased when Caterham brought out their CSR with a vent right where the damage on mine was. Seeing as they have spent ££££s working out where
to put bonnet vents I had the urge to get the jigsaw out and make my own!
£10 for some new stripes, badge and mesh and 2-3hrs I've got a new nose cone.

You beat me to it,i purchased some mesh for the job a couple of months back
At least i now know how it will look.
Oh and andy is right about cutting things straight, ask him how many dashes he went through on the last indy
thats well handy kevin, was thinking of doing the same to mount my oil cooler under there with some fresh air getting to it
That is a very good installation job. I think I may follow your lead! How did you get the mesh to mount from below?

Gripfix did the trick...or PU adhesive.
