Fed up with my rusted steel mesh grill (with 2 coats of primer, 2 coats of aluminium paint...) I have just fitted a new stainless grill. I bought the mesh from James (Donners90)... actually, there's enough for at least 2 more grills on the diagonal, if anyone wants to make me an offer.

Fixing is by M8 bolts 'glassed inside the return of the nose cone, plus washers and nylocs. Before fitting, I trimmed the edge of the grill opening with some leftover door edging trim.
