My zorst pipe on my viento protrudes approx 30mm outside past the rear arch, will this be an SVA issue? it has a rolled edge.

This may count towards being the widest part of your car, from which light placements etc will be measured.
I cut mine back and re-welded the rolled end back on, so that it didn't stick out further than the arch

It wasn't an issue on my test.
Mine sticks out about the same ammount.
