I'm looking for some mirrors similar to these
Anything that can be mounted on a vertical stalk really.
Any pointers?

Try here:
Car Builder Solutions
Caber
They were the first I tried but unfortunately they don't have anything near what I need
I'm looking for something like this - only on a vertical stalk

Given what they're on, maybe Ultima? Could try NS Dev, he knows the boss man there.
thats an SPA mirror.
info here:
http://www.spa-uk.co.uk/design/mirrors.asp
i bought my centre stem rear view SPA mirror from steve (tadltd) at a good price (better than SPA direct online).
Ned.
ps and they'll probably do you an option on or possibly custom stems to suit your application

and I am not sure they would pass SVA either.
the gt/lemans mirror should have a large enough area/dimensions, you can get a small u-trim to cover the edge and the convex glass helps the rear/side
visibility requirements.
Ned.
I know they are generally a bit arsey about stuff like this, but maybe Dev can blag somthing for you? It's not as if they're particular to
JUST Ultima is it?
Or are they? If so, then you may struggle.
SPA sold me the shorter stem they supply caterham for the rear view centre mirror, so you can all but ask...
Alternatively a small piece of ally rod tapped at each end to suit isn't rocket science..
Ned.
ps sure i've also seen vertical stem versions on a gd t70 aswell if its of any help..

We could probably get hold of a copy of the Ultima ones (they are over £300 from Ultima) as they are simply a glass shell with a ford electric mirror motors inside........
Hi Andy! - Is your broadband working now then?
tbh the Can Am ones look a bit clunky and the Spa range is a bit more elegant. As Ned says, I can always make up a simple stalk to replace the kinked
version.
them spa mirrors (racetec) ones i got some with my vortx in black, but they also do carbon....why not try MNR??
I don't need carbon so the few grams I will save in weight will stay in my wallet
Boring old (and cheap) grp for me
