hi,not started my build yet.but i was thinking has anyboby fitted a fury body or similar to a book chassis?

Ive got a phoenix rear bodywork and two side pods that need a bit of work and a new home. You can buy a bonnet from Stuart Taylor or Cyana Sports Cars
to fit these bits. I doubt it will fit a standard Locost chassie as the phoenix fury and striker are smaller in length. They should be the same width
as the Locost Phoenix and co are all able to use Escort axles and steering racks.

Fury is IIRC based upon the Striker chassis which I can confirm is bloody small (can't even sit in the passenger seat of my bro's green
froggy Kwak Striker with an empty footwell let alone with the pedals in the way)... Fury bodywork on a locost chassis seems a strange way to go about
things- I'd stick with the Fury chassis!!!

Fury chassis is a bit different its the Phoenix that is essentially a striker chassis. All three actually have significantly shorter footwells on the
passenger side as Jeremy Phillips wanted to get the engine as far back as possible and over to the LHS.

The Stylus also shares this chassis, though it has got some modifications through the years, originally it was also a striker chassis.

AFAIK the Stylus chassis is a different design to the Striker (though it might share dimensions). I remember this being commented on a lot at the
launch.
