After a week of Indy ownership (bloody great week too!) the Feb weather has meant its time to clean the car from top to toe.
Can anyone recommend the best product to use on the bodywork for a streak free but shiny and protected finish??? I presume it will be something
applied after you have washed the car with the usual car shampoo stuff or are there better ways of going about it???
Also, I used to cover the bikes metals (not brakes) with a ptf type lube to keep the rust etc at bay.... Is this worth doing on the car???
Thanks again fella's

Turtle wax do a clear liquid polish which does not leave any residue on all surfaces including black. Bought mine in half fords !
A big fan of the autoglym range.
a good clean with the shampoo then the supper resin polish once happy cap it of with the extra gloss protection.
Hard work but once its done just wash with the shapoo and shammy off and you are back to as just polished.
Ps mine black and whens its clean looks grat but does not stop clean for long at this time of year.

Also, would recomend Autoglym super resin polish.
My dust sheets slide of the the car after I have polished it.
See "The finished car" in my photo archive.
