What weigh and sq. yard and layers would I need to cover aprox 70"x150" car? What type of fiberglass would you recommend? mat or cloth or both?

Quite a vague question, but here goes anyhow:

GRP is not particularly stiff in thin sections, as such, the shape of your part will oftern give your panel stiffness. therefore for small/curved/flanged panels, you will be able to use 2 x 450gsm layers of chopped strand glass. For larger/flatter panels, you will need soemthing to add a little thickness. I would suggest 3mm 'Coremat' This is purely used to build thickness (and stifness) to flimsy thin panels. You could use a woven material (cloth) but again, without thickness it is unlikely to be stiff enough for your purpose. If you have a mroe specific question, let me know.
