i presume that they should pass the SVA since they are supplied fitted to the CSR?
i would doubt if they are compliant, don't appear to have radiused edges etc also look just like SPA or racetech mirrors.
I thought the CSR and similar were production cars and as such don't go through SVA or am i talking bull??

My centre racetech mirror failed SVA - radiuses were the prob - also it was *just* big enough reflective area wise - Id not realised that was a
requirement but the SVA tester came out with a little paper template and laid it over the glass and it was about 1mm oversize all the way round!
I think the Caterhams get type approval where I guess they must submit a nicely radiuses rubber covered CSR to Mr SVA which they then sell on without
and of the rubber bits.
At least I think thats what type approval is!
I used my racetech rear view mirror for sva with no mention of an issue on size. I radiused the edges with some big foam U-trim, cut in half and glued on to a strip of insulation tape around the edge of the mirror. This means no mess when removing, only a 10 minute job.
