Which Black PU adhesive is the best?

Wurth or Tiger? (in black)

Can it be removed for replacing a screen etc or is it permanent!

Can you get the joint apart if you need to?

You can cut along a seam of PU with a [very] strong knife. I wouldn't use one with a thin blade because of the risk of it snapping but a sturdy knife would do it. PU is like a hard rubber when set.

Unless you are going to fit a hood I wouldn't bother, the rubber sealing strip would be OK. The first time you get caught in the rain you will see why.

I do not have the rubber seal so was planning to seal with the PU because the profile of the bottom of the screen does not match exactly the scuttle.

I take it that with no roof you mean you will get wet so a leaking screen is not important!

Used black silicon from Wickes on my aero screen!
