Nice site Mave, just noticed the crank position sensor pics. You did know that the sensor mounting is different for the 2.0L automatic and manual Mondeo. If you've got the automatic housing fitted with a manual flywheel the sensor won't be close enough to the flywheel to pick up a signal...and the engine won't start or run

Soon on the road? I'm afraid the real work still has to come. I'm planning on making the major part of the bodywork myself....
Oh, and when everything is done, I have the SVA and dutch regulations to deal with....definately not looking forward to that part of the project.....
